No — each doctor sets their own price. The fee appears on the doctor profile and you'll see it before booking. Payment in Wave 1 happens at the clinic.

All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Provider API keys are encrypted at rest in the database via DataProtection. Your medical notes are only accessible to you and the doctors you authorise.

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the appointment — Profile → My appointments → Cancel. Within 24 hours the clinic's policy applies.

Yes — under Profile → Family members add your child, parent or other dependant and book under their name.

iOS and Android versions arrive in Wave 3 (React Native). For now the web app works well across all devices, with an optimized mobile layout.
