1. General
These terms govern the cancellation of digital packages and subscriptions purchased through the UzmanHekim platform and the refund of payments. Seller: Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your active subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep using the service until the period ends. As there is no auto-renewal, no further charge is taken after cancellation.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Before performance begins, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason and without penalty. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal request in writing via the contact channels below.
4. Exception to the right of withdrawal (digital service)
For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins with your consent (the package is activated). In that case no refund may be due for the used period; however, the refund terms below apply.
5. Refund conditions
Within 14 days of a package being activated, and if the service has not been substantially used (e.g. no visibility boost/featuring applied, quota not used), you may request a full refund. If part of the service has been used, the remaining amount may be refunded after a pro-rata deduction. Requests are assessed by us and processed if approved.
6. Refund process and timing
Send your refund request to [email protected] together with your order number, payment date and reason. The approved amount is refunded to the card used for payment via PayTR, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
7. Non-refundable cases
Fully performed and expired subscriptions, substantially used packages, and transactions where abuse is detected are not refundable.
