Delivery & Performance Terms

1. Nature of the service

Packages sold on the UzmanHekim platform (tenant subscription packages, doctor and organisation visibility packages, landing-page rights and similar digital services) are digital services provided entirely electronically. No physical product is produced or shipped, so courier, postal or physical delivery does not apply.

The purchased service is performed as a right of use assigned to the Buyer’s account / tenant on the platform.

2. Method of delivery

Once payment is successfully confirmed through the PayTR payment infrastructure, the purchased package or subscription is automatically assigned to and activated on the Buyer’s account.

3. Delivery time

Activation occurs immediately after payment confirmation — usually within a few minutes. In the event of a technical delay originating from the bank or payment institution, activation is completed within 24 hours at the latest.

There is no auto-renewal; each subscription period is purchased separately.

4. Delivery cost

As the service is performed electronically, there is no shipping or delivery cost. The Buyer pays only the package price shown on the checkout page.

5. Purchase and activation steps

a) The Buyer selects a package from the “Purchases” section of the panel. b) The Buyer completes payment on the secure PayTR screen; card details are not stored by UzmanHekim. c) On confirmation, the package is assigned to the account automatically. d) The right of use becomes effective immediately after activation.

6. Invoicing

An invoice for the purchased service is issued based on the details provided by the Buyer at registration and is delivered electronically.

7. Delays and problems

If your package was not activated after payment, contact us at [email protected] or +90 850 308 23 82. Your request is reviewed and resolved within one business day at the latest.
