What is uzmanhekim.az and who runs it?
uzmanhekim.az is a health platform that connects patients in Azerbaijan with verified specialist doctors, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and optical stores. The platform has been running since 2023; a completely rebuilt version launched in 2026 in four languages (Azerbaijani, Turkish, English and Russian) with a mobile app.
The platform is owned and operated by Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş.. The company is registered in Balıkesir (Karesi), Türkiye; the service is aimed at the Azerbaijani market and provides support in Azerbaijani.
uzmanhekim.az does not provide medical care or medical advice: appointments and treatment take place directly with the doctor and clinic. The platform's job is to gather reliable information in one place, verify doctors and make booking easy.

How we work
How are doctors verified?
Every doctor who wants to join the directory submits their diploma and specialty documents. The uzmanhekim.az team checks them; only a doctor who passes verification has a published profile and can accept bookings. Clinic and laboratory profiles are created by the facility itself or by our team, and their contact details are checked.
Reviews are collected only from patients whose appointment through the platform has been completed. If you spot an error in a listing, you can report it through the contact page — it is corrected once checked.

Create your profile from the For doctors page; once your documents are verified, your profile is published in the directory and you can accept online bookings.
I found an error in a doctor, clinic or pharmacy listing — how do I report it?
Send the page address and the correction through the contact form. Once checked, the listing is updated.
