Uzm. Dr. Araz Əliyev qulaq-burun-boğaz və baş-boyun cərrahıdır, Ege Hospitalda pasiyent qəbul edir. 2002-ci ildə Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetinin müalicə-profilaktika fakültəsini bitirdikdən sonra 2003–2008-ci illərdə İzmirdəki Ege Universitetində otorinolarinqologiya və baş-boyun cərrahiyyəsi üzrə uzmanlıq təhsili alıb. 2008-ci ildə Mərkəzi Neftçilər Xəstəxanasında baş-boyun və qalxanabənzər vəzi cərrahiyyəsi şöbəsinə rəhbərlik edib. Tibb üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsinə malikdir və qulaq, burun, qırtlaq, qalxanabənzər vəzi və digər boyun orqanlarında cərrahi əməliyyatlar aparır. 2011-ci ildə Cənubi Koreyada endokrin cərrahiyyə kursu keçib.
