Uzm. Dr. Ceyhun İsayev ümumi cərrahdır və SAF Hospitalda çalışır. Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetini 2001-ci ildə bitirib, 2005–2011-ci illərdə İzmirdə Ege Universitetinin ümumi cərrahiyyə və orqan transplantasiyası bölümündə rezident həkim kimi təhsil alıb. 2011–2018-ci illərdə Mərkəzi Neftçilər Xəstəxanasının cərrahiyyə və orqan transplantasiyası şöbəsində, 2019-cu ildən isə Bona Dea International Hospitalda cərrah-transplantoloq kimi işləyib. Süd vəzi, endokrin, hepatobiliar və laparoskopik cərrahiyyə onun əsas maraq sahələridir; 2016-cı ildə tibb üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru (PhD) elmi dərəcəsi alıb.
