Uzm. Dr. Fuad Bəşirov psixiatriya üzrə mütəxəssisdir. 2009-cu ildə Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetinin II Müalicə-profilaktika fakültəsini bitirib və internatura keçib. 2013–2017-ci illərdə Ankara Universiteti Tibb Fakültəsinin psixi sağlamlıq və xəstəliklər bölümündə psixiatriya üzrə uzmanlıq təhsili alıb, bu müddətdə Cebeci xəstəxanasında çalışıb. Depressiya, təşviş pozuntuları, obsessiv-kompulsiv pozuntu, bipolar pozuntu və yuxu pozuntuları kimi halların müalicəsi ilə məşğul olur, hipnoterapiya və qrup psixoterapiyası da tətbiq edir. 2017-ci ildən HB Güvən Klinikada fəaliyyət göstərir.
