Uzman nevropatoloq Nailə Ələkbərova 2006-cı ildə Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetini uğurla tamamlamışdır. Daha sonra, 2010-2015-ci illərdə Türkiyənin İzmir Ege Universitetində Nevroloji Xəstəliklər üzrə uzmanlıq təhslili alıb. 2015-2016-cı illərdə Nailə Ələkbərova ABŞ-da Minnesota Universitetində beyin infarktları və epilepsiya üzrə təhslini davam etdirib. Təhsil müdətini bitirdikdən sonrakı müddətdən etibarən dünyada və Azərbaycanda nevrologiyaya aid konfranslarda, təkmilləşdirmə kurslarında və təlimlərdə iştirak etmişdir.. Əmək fəaliyyətində Bakının bir neçə klinikasında uzman nevropatoloq kimi çalışıb. Hal-hazırda Bakı şəhərində, CAN KLİNİK-də nevroloji xəstəliklər uzmanı kimi fəaliyyət göstərir.
