Hospitalımızın kardioloq-aritmoloqu Uzman Dr. Ramil Hacıyev Türkiyənin İstanbul Universiteti İstanbul Tıp Fakültəsini (Azərbaycan gənclərinin xarici ölkələrdə təhsili üzrə Dövlət Proqramı ilə) 2015-ci ildə bitirmişdir. 2016-cı ildə İstanbulda Siyami-Ersek Eğitim-Araşdırma xəstəxanasında Kardiologiya bölümünü qazanmış və 2020-ci ildə Kardiologiya üzrə uzmanlıq almışdır.
